During the 15 years previous to opening The Harbor Inn, Roger served as Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director at the Fairmount Hotel in Dallas, and as Chef at the Worthington Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas. Roger is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and has over 36 years experience in the hospitality industry.

In addition to his regular menu, Chef Roger creates daily specials to suit his whim, offering something "different" for his loyal local clientelle and his always welcome tourist guests. Daily specials are usually ethnic or regional dishes, but never predictable.

In addition to the Bed & Breakfast and the full-time restaurant business, Roger also offer catering for weddings and other special events.
